Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of prints being made to order, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

What happens if my print is damaged in transit?

We will always endeavor to make sure that your print reaches you undamaged, we take an excellent amount of care with how we ship.

If you do have a damaged print upon receiving, we will absolutely replace it for you.

What materials are used?

PAPER
Printed on gallery-quality 310gsm Smooth Cotton Rag paper using 12 colour archival pigment inks on the latest Epson printers.

FRAME
Sustainably sourced, solid wood frame handmade in Australia.

GLAZING
We use high-quality 3mm acrylic glazing
in our frames, chosen for its exceptional clarity, lighter weight, and
high UV protection compared to traditional glass. It's also
shatter-resistant, making it a safer option for both display and
transport.
